For Adventurers

Tina Tse wears a beautiful sweater full of many different colors in a pleasing pattern of stripes and textures.

Tina Tsa designs beautiful patterns that use multiple colors. This Grandma's Medley Sweater is our favorite. We imagine a blend of minis and one main color creating a gorgeous water effect in this sweater.

For Meditative Crocheters

Brittany holds a beautiful crocheted shawlette in neutral shades

Brittany Garber designed the Intentions Shawl to be crocheted with 8 mini skeins and 1 full skein. This gorgeous lacy crochet wrap would be beautiful in so many color combinations. A shawl is also a wise project to choose for working with mini skeins as gauge is less important and we love that Brittany's shawl is designed for mini skeins already.

For Practical Knitters

Jen smiles at the camera wearing a teal linen shift dress, a sun hat, and a lovely linen stitch shawl in multiple mini skein colors.

Jennifer Parroccini's simple and beautiful shawl, Mini Drama. There are two versions of this pattern (included in the same pattern file). The first version uses 5 mini skeins and 1 full sized skein. The second version (shown here) uses 5 full size skeins of contrasting colors and 3 skeins of the main color. This project makes the most of the small skeins (or scraps) by allowing you to skip swatching.
