Processing Times
In-stock items ship within 4 business days.

Preorders take about 3 to 5 weeks to ship, and may take longer during the holidays. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, it will ship together once everything is ready.

U.S. Shipping
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. We ship with UPS or USPS.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Nashville shop. Choose local pickup at checkout, and we'll email you when your order is ready. Shop hours are Thursday 4:30-7:30pm. Saturday 10-3. 

International Shipping
International shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently do not ship to the European Union.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees charged by their country. International orders cannot be returned.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier first to file a claim. If the carrier won't let you file, email us at hello@camelliafibercompany.com and we'll file the claim as the sender.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs are paid by the customer.
