Must have actual store location - brick and mortar. Shops must order 2 or more times a year.
Minimum of $2000 per order. 
50% deposit required. Use code: WHOLESALE at checkout.
Cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hrs of order being received.
Due to the nature of our small business, there is no returns or exchanges unless the items is flawed.
We are not responsible for lost packages. Please email us if you would like to add insurance to your shipment.
You are allowed to use any photos from our website. If you need high definition images, please email us.

1 set/bundle is 10 skeins in the same color and base. All yarns are made to order. Average timeline 5-7 weeks for dyeing, packaging, and shipping from the date we start your order. (Not the date you place your order.) Orders can take longer during holidays. 

STOCKIST EXCLUSIVITY / PROTECTION - Stockiest / zip code protection is only offered on a case-by-case basis and by request only. Approval is based on a number of factors and special terms are required to maintain protection. Please email hello@camelliafibercompany.com.
