A cozy classic cardigan. If you have trouble working with double yarns, this is for you. We used Som Aran and Field Boucle Fingering held together. It's much easier to knit without the needle getting caught on the boucle loops.

It's a classic raglan design made with somewhat bulky bouclé yarn that gives it a cozy and unique texture. It is meant to be a staple in the wardrobe and a versatile piece that blends well with any style. Cardigan is worked in stockinette stitch all the way through. Yoke and body is worked flat and sleeves are worked in the round. Button band is knitted onto the cardigan using double knitting. Intended to be worn with approximately 10 cm / 4” of positive ease. Pattern is written in American knitting terms, with minimal abbreviations. Read the pattern all the way through before you begin.

Bust size of the finished sweater is XS 92, S 97, M 105, L 117, XL 123, 2XL 134, 3XL 148, 4XL 158, 5XL 163 cm, approximately XS 36¼”, S 38”, M 41¼”, L 46”, XL 48½”, 2XL 52¾”, 3XL 58¼”, 4XL 62“, 5XL 64” not including the button band (3 cm / 1¼“).
Model is wearing size M on 93 cm / 36½” bust. Please note that the correct size can only be achieved if the correct gauge is achieved. See the final measurements below before you decide on the size.
