Ready to take your knitting to the next level? Join us for a two-class workshop focused on learning the foundations of a top-down sweater. The yoke is the first and most important section of a top-down sweater, and mastering this will give you the confidence and skills to continue knitting the rest of the garment on your own.
This course is ideal for knitters who are comfortable with the knit stitch and are ready to learn how those skills come together to create a wearable garment.
Supplies not included. All students get 20% off in-store purchase during the duration of this class. Materials must be purchased in advance before class starts.

First Class: We'll cast on and begin knitting in the round, as well as go over the two basic stitches needed to create the ribbed neckline.
Second Class: We'll learn how to build a raglan yoke, including the increases that shape the sweater from the neckline down towards the body and sleeves. We'll also cover how to transition from the yoke and set yourself up for success as you continue knitting the remaining portions of your sweater.
