Knit in one of Camellia Fiber Company’s softest and most durable yarns, the CFC Vintage socks will keep your feet cozy and warm all winter long. Yak has a reputation for being just as soft as cashmere, as well as warmer, stronger, and more affordable. By adding this fiber into the mix, you’ll be able to knit up a new pair of favorite socks. Stripes down the leg add a classic look to these socks. Because the stripes are knit using a strand of mohair and silk yarn held with the main yarn, your socks get a lovely fuzzy halo. If you’ve only ever knit wool socks, this pattern gives you the opportunity to try out several new luxurious fiber types in a single pattern.
